Project Goal
By utilizing big data analysis and clinical decision support platforms, the researchers who developed this platform wanted to support clinical decision-making in accurate diagnosis and treatment of tumors in critically ill patients. This project cooperated with research teams possessing world-class IT and BT technologies (Samsung Seoul Hospital, Seoul National University Hospital, Chung-Ang Veterans Hospital, KAIST, Ewha Womans University, Seoul National University, Korea University, Sejong University, UNIST). This collaboration aimed to develop a comprehensive data dashboard that could be used by healthcare providers to coordinate treatments tailored to individual clients leveraging the expertise of teams such as precision medicine, big data analysis, machine learning, and health IT development.
Work process
I was involved in website UI wireframing, graphic design and website front-end development. I also worked with the back-end developers to synchronize our efforts. I covered all the front-end work myself, which allowed the project to proceed quickly. When coding the website, I went with a simple design and used the Google chart library to allow for swifter coding.
